A Message from Steve
That's it. Pure and simple.
I want every person who enjoys our food to walk away feeling like they got what they paid for, and they got it from folks who are genuinely interested in looking after them for the short time we spend together.
This is the philosophy I learned from my parents. My dad was a simple and very deliberate man. My mother operated on pure instinct, and together they taught us that food can be a reason to gather, and it can also be an expression of love. I hope that philosophy shines through in everything we do.
In addition, our goal is always to keep things simple. It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to smoke meats on wood burning pit. It does, however, take patience, some know-how, and a pure enjoyment of the process.
Above all, everything we do is with you in mind. So, when you dig in and flash us a smile, we'll know we found the sweet spot. Yours and ours.
